Corporate Knowledge

Corporate Knowlege Pty Ltd provides assistance to small businesses, charities, large companies and government organisations to create procedures, templates and checklists and operate more efficiently. We can help businesses to stop reinventing the wheel, reduce costs, and retain the most valuable asset of all – knowledge – when critical staff leave.

We do this by analysing your current processes, suggesting new procedures and documenting your systems in a unique, personalised way that is quickly updateable by your staff and allows easy transfer of knowledge.

We also offer a range of customised, flexible, time-saving business systems packages. Up until recently, the prohibitive cost of custom-built systems has put them out of reach for most small to medium sized businesses. By utilising and expanding on 'open source' systems (you can spend your money on development rather than on licensing), the Corporate Knowledge team has developed a range of user friendly, cost effective, customised systems that are well within the budget of every small business yet flexible enough for large businesses and government organisations. There is no obligation, and this process is exceptionally cost effective, so what are you waiting for? Give us a call today to see how we can help!

The Process

Step 1: Complete your details here

Step 2: One of our friendly analysts will contact you within one business day. A brief five minute telephone assessment will give us a good idea of whether we can help you. If we can't add value to your business, we won't waste your time or ours!

Step 3: If we think we can add value to your business (save you time or money or generate business for you), our analyst will make an appointment to meet with you in person at your office or somewhere convenient to you (we can meet via teleconference if necessary however we do prefer to meet in person wherever possible).

Step 4: Your business analyst will tell you everything you may want to know about us and their background, skills and experience. They will also ask a lot of questions to give them a good overview of your business, then demonstrate any of our systems that may be useful to you and give you full details of the costs involved.
